Reminovia™ reviews eligible return requests made within 30 days after the recorded delivery date.
Products should generally be unused, clean, complete, and free from damage occurring after receipt.
Original packaging, instructions, mounting parts, protective materials, and supplied accessories should be included where available.
Customers must contact the store and obtain the applicable return instructions before sending an item.

The return request should identify the order, product, and reason for the request. Photographs may be required when the matter concerns damage, missing components, an incorrect item, or a possible production issue.
For hygiene reasons, products used for bathing, personal-care storage, toilet-area cleaning, body contact, or wet-room use may not qualify for a preference-based return after use, washing, installation, or removal of a protective seal.
Products that have been permanently attached, drilled, cut, altered, stained, corroded, or damaged through excess weight, unsuitable surfaces, harsh chemicals, improper installation, or ignored instructions may also be excluded where permitted.
These limitations do not remove applicable remedies for products delivered damaged, defective, incomplete, or materially different from the confirmed order.
After an approved return is received and inspected, the matter may be resolved through a refund, replacement, or another appropriate remedy. Return transportation may remain the customer’s responsibility when the request results from preference, inaccurate measurements, unsuitable surface selection, or incompatibility.
